I would like to put on record the superb service we have received from John Reed whilst dealing with our recent rodent problem. John consistently provided a professional and reassuring service. After several unsuccessful attempts to rid our site of an urban fox problem we made contact with John Reed in Lincoln, from the initial telephone call this turned out to be a wise move. John came over as a very professional guy from day one and following his initial site survey took care of the whole operation from detailed risk assessment, method statements and worked closely with the local Police Authority. He not only successfully managed to clear our site of the fox problem but it was done in such a manner that we saw no disturbance to our operation and within the time scale he had given us. This not only gave us the result we were looking for but it was very cost effective, John has also been instrumental in advising us as to ways we can improve our site perimeter fencing and hopefully prevent the problem re-occurring in the future. In June 2010 we had recently moved in to a converted chapel, at 4pm one afternoon a large rat appeared in our kitchen, we were devastated. We wanted this problem solving immediately, we first contacted our local authority who’s response was less than helpful. We searched the web until we came across John Reed who that evening came to our rescue. John investigated the area fully, identified we had rats in the cellar and set a programme to solve the problem. This summer we had a big problems with wasps around the school playing field, we called John and explained we had a large number of wasps but could not locate the source of them, John came the next morning and within ten minutes of watching the wasps flight paths located two nests and promptly treated them in a very professional manner.
